The Magach 6M is the final version of the M60 'Slick' before these vehicle were used in the MaGach 7/7C program. Below are some details from the example at Latrun in Israel. The full walk around will soon be available on the Webshots pages.

photos  6 & 7above show the manner of attachment on the underside of the tank. These are essenstialy where the hydraulic lines exit the hull and enter the dozer attachment. some of theis will have to bescratched nomatter which kit you use Verlinden or Academy, as both have no atttachment point for either external or internal hookups.

The above photos 8 & 9 are two detailed shots of the relocated head light for the 6M with M9 dozer. There are two headlights, one on each side of the drivers hatch. The capped openning in the first picture is likely for the unused interior heater in the drivers compartment.

In photo 10 above we can see the location of the left relocated headlight. The Lever behind it is however unknown, please contact us with any info . In photo 11 on the right we see a good overall shot of the M9 dozer. The handle in front of the drivers compartment releases two hooks which lock the blade in the raised position.

Photos 12-15 above give a nice idea of the shape of the modified basket . not the segmented section on the left side.Aside from teh added storage space equipment is mounted on the exterior of the basket. We can see two stowage racks for spare track, a water can holder, fire extinuisher and NBC decontaminate can holder. Also note 3 radio mast positions and manor of ready can ammo for the crew served weapons.

Photos 16 & 17 show the IDF hydaulic resevoir on left rear fender. The moving of the hydaulic lines to the interior was an IDF  modification. Note how the lines enter the engine compartment  in photo 17
